2. Domain Name Registrations and Renewals
Domain-related purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is processed. If you cancel a hosting plan bundled with a free domain name, the domain’s standard retail price will be deducted from your refund amount, and you retain ownership of the domain.
3. Cancellation and Refund Process

To request a cancellation and refund:

- Navigate to the “Billing” section.
- Submit a cancellation request or contact our support team.
3.2 Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Pro-Rated Refunds
Pro-rated refunds may apply for unused services when:
- The cancellation occurs outside the money-back guarantee period.
- The service is eligible for partial refunds as per the terms.
Pro-rated refunds do not apply to non-refundable items or promotional discounts.
